FMCSA has given Liberty to Motor Carriers hauling essential supplies and equipment

All Motor Carriers providing direct assistance in regards of Coronavirus Outbreak and transporting:

•  Medical supplies;

•  Masks, gloves, sanitizers and etc.

•  Food, paper products and groceries;

•  Raw materials like paper, plastic and/or alcohol;

•  Fuel;

•  Equipment and supplies to manage housing and quarantine and etc. are issued a nation-wide relief for the first time in Agency history!

This means that the above-mentioned Motor carriers are NOT SUBJECT to HOS COMPLIANCE until April 12, 2020.
